Default Are weber carbs on Honda CRX more efficient than stock?

Are weber carbs on Honda CRX more efficient than stock? 1984 Honda CRX 1.3l, and 1986 Honda CRX HF 1.5l. For better fuel economy should I go with a Weber Carb? I dont care about power. Thanks.
