I am looking to replace the AC condenser on my 08' Honda Element. I've already got the replacement part. I'm not exactly sure how to get to the existing unit though. Can anyone point me to a replacement guide or give me instructions for doing this?

chiltions repair manuel from auto zone or advance. the condenser bolts to the radiator with 2 10 mm bolts going to the radiator on the condenser side of radiator. complete radiator removal is not necessary but will make the job a lot easier but you must remove it partially to get the condenser to unhook from the radiator the radiator support must come out. care must be taken when discharging the a/c system. unless you have a leak then its done for you. take the lines loose from condenser has 2 lines 10mm bolts hold the lines together when you put new condenser in lubricate the o rings that seals the lines with new clean refrigerant oil after you get it in and everything back together a vacuum must be drawn on system to remove moisture and atmosphere and to check for leaks before charging

Take out the radiator which means drain the cooling system and disconnect the transmission cooler lines on the radiator and plug them before removal.
Recover any 134a that is still in the system. Do you have an AC machine? After replacing the condenser, draw a vacuum on the system for 15 minutes, test for leaks, and then charge the system with the exact weight of 134a called for. I would include putting dye in the system so if there are any more problems you can trace them with a black light. Most States it's illegal to work on AC systems with out certification.

You will probably need to remove the front bumper and grill before having access to remove the condenser. There are also specialized tools needed to disassemble the fittings on the inlet and outlet of this part.
As new as the car is, you should be able to have your local Honda service techs fix this under warranty.
