Default 1997 Del Sol, 52K miles, may have to sell

I have a 1997 Del Sol SI with the D16Y8 engine that only has 51,200 miles on it. It's generally driven by a little old lady (my wife) around town. It's getting hard for her to get in and out of it, and we may have to get her another car. If we do, we'll have to sell off the HDS. It's been garaged for all of its 20 years, and is in great shape, with new timing belt, water pump, and alternator. It doesn't even drip oil on the garage floor. If I have to sell it, how much should I ask? Thanks!
